COVID-19 Update 1-1-2024

Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. With this corona-virus pandemic affecting all of our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life.  Our hearts go out to everyone who's been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery. And we're truly inspired by the selfless healthcare workers around the world who are on the front lines working tirelessly to care for people in need.

We here at Needles and Things are still open and taking orders.  However, we still are experiencing supply issues as many manufacturers, distributors and designers are not up to full Production and staffing levels. We are doing our best to fill orders as soon as possible. Orders will be shipped as soon as they can, in the order they are received. we want to thank you for your understanding and patience during these times.

Return Policy

Due to copyright infringement policies all patterns and books are non refundable.  In addition, Lowery Stands and Linen are also not able to be canceled, returned, or refunded.  However, in order to keep customer satisfaction all other merchandise can be returned if it is unopened and in new condition within 15 days for a refund and shipping costs are non refundable.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

Delivery:  Due to the virus the distributors are still very backed up and trying to fill orders as quickly as possible.  

Due to the back log, it is taking longer to get items from them. Please see the wait times below:

Patterns and Accessories: Are typically 2-3 Weeks, Sometimes Longer 

Fibers: Are typically 2-3 weeks However some are still taking a couple of months depending on the dye

We have temporarily removed Gloriana silks due to the wait time

Fabric: Most Linens and Aida are at 1-2 Months However PTP is still a minimum of 12 months behind.
