Beach Bound Two / Glendon Place

The Beach Bound Collection was inspired by my sheer love of the beach. Unlike many other vacationers, who choose to travel the world visiting new and exotic places, I much prefer to just “chill out” at the beach for a week each July.

Nothing is more relaxing to me than taking early morning walks down the beach before the sun even rises and before anyone is out and about. The remainder of the day I spend sun bathing, eating, reading, napping, more of the same and in any order I choose.  I get up the next day and do it all over again!  To me it is just the most glorious week of the year.  I am embarrassed to say I don’t even take my cross-stitch! Unfortunately, sand, suntan lotion and thread really don’t make for a very good combination. Besides, it’s what I call my downtime … a time to rejuvenate and get inspired again! So, in this new Beach Bound Collection you can get a good feel for exactly where my head is at during that blissful week in July… I’m in lah-lah land, just where I should be!
