The inspiration for this fall sampler was a children’s poem of the 1880s.
General Information: Primarily stitched using 2 threads of floss over 2 threads of fabric. Wording in the center of the sampler is stitched in petite stitches.
Fabric: Stitched on 28ct “Cyprium” Cashel Linen by Picture this Plus, 866-314-4343. Fabric (24″ X 27″) is available here.
Stitch Count: 257w X 257h
Design Area: 18-1/4″ X 18-1/4″.
Fibers and Embellishments: A total of 3 colors of the Caron Collection Waterlilies and 4 colors of Mill Hill Beads were used in the model. One color of Sullivans/DMC/or Anchor floss used to attach beads. Comparable colors in Weeks Dye Works, The Gentle Art or Crescent Colours are provided below.
